'ME' Series Dyes

  • We introduced a new range of bifunctional reactive 'ME' Dyes for our customers who are too conscious of energy consumption. In 'ME' Dyes one molecule is fused with two reactive group vinyl sulphone as well as monochlorotriazine.

    The required fixation temperature of 'ME' series dyes is 60 deg C. These dyes have advantage of high exhaustion, high fixation, high alkali stability, very good leveling property, excellent all around fastness properties like light, washing, and perspiration, rubbing chlorine peroxide bleach.

'ME' Series dyes are bifunctional reactive dyes in which one molecule carries two reactive groups: vinyl sulphone and monochlorotriazine. They belong to the SunActive® range and were introduced for customers who are conscious of energy consumption.
The required fixation temperature of 'ME' Series dyes is 60°C, which is lower than the temperatures needed for Hot Brand dyes. Dyeing at a lower temperature means less heating, which lowers energy use in the dye house.
'ME' dyes have high exhaustion, high fixation, high alkali stability and very good levelling. They give excellent all-round fastness to light, washing, perspiration and rubbing, and also to chlorine and peroxide bleach.
The range includes Yellow 3RF 150% (Reactive Yellow 145), Brilliant Yellow 4GF 150% (Reactive Yellow 160), Orange 2RF 150% (Reactive Orange 122), Red F4BL 150% (Reactive Red 195), Red 2GF (Reactive Red 222), Red GF (Reactive Red 223), Red F6BL 150% (Reactive Red 250), Navy Blue F2GL (Reactive Blue 194), Blue BRF (Reactive Blue 221), Navy Blue BF (Reactive Blue 222), plus Black HFGR and Blue WNN (a Reactive Black mix).
