Vinyl Sulphone Dyes - DIANISIDINE

  • These are vinyl sulphone based Reactive Dyes widely used for Dianisidine, Ortho di anisidine, dyeing & printing of cellulose fibres for its very good fastness properties. Ortho di anisidine are having good features like, good solubility even in presence of alkali, very good fastness properties, can be applied both by exhaust & padding methods, possesses less affinity hence very good leveling property & suitable for resist & discharge Dianisidine printing very much effectively. These dyes are applied by exhaust method at the optimum temperature of 60-65 Deg. C.

Vinyl sulphone dyes are reactive dyes that bond to cellulosic fibres such as cotton and viscose through a vinyl sulphone reactive group. They are widely used for dyeing and printing of cellulose fibres because of their very good fastness properties.
They have good solubility even in the presence of alkali and very good fastness properties. They can be applied by both exhaust and padding methods, and their low affinity for the fibre gives very good levelling.
They are applied by the exhaust method at an optimum temperature of 60–65°C. They can also be applied by padding, and they are suitable for resist and discharge printing.
The range covers yellows, oranges, reds, blues, violet, brown and blacks, including Reactive Yellow 15, 17, 37, 42 and 77; Reactive Orange 7, 16, 78 and 107; Reactive Red 35, 106 and 198:1; Reactive Blue 19, 21, 28, 38 (Green 6B), 203 and 220; Reactive Violet 5; Reactive Brown 18; and Reactive Black 5, 31 and 250.
