Pigment Powder for Plastics and Masterbatch

  • SunTone® range offers exclusive wide spectrum of pigment powder of bright and intense colours which are suitable for Polyolefins, PVC, EVA, ABS, Nylon application. SunTone® Pigments have excellent dispersibility in multiple polymers with an excellent lightfastness and weather fastness properties.

    For the pigments for plastic application, we adhere strictly to global safety standards such as EN71, AP89, ROHS etc which are required in many sensitive applications such as food packaging, toys manufacturing, etc. SunTone® range has a very controlled heavy metal soluble content that meet the global food contact guidelines.

SunTone® pigments are suitable for polyolefins, PVC, EVA, ABS and nylon applications.
The range offers bright, intense colours with excellent dispersibility in multiple polymers, along with excellent lightfastness and weather fastness.
For plastic applications, Vipul Organics adheres strictly to global safety standards such as EN71, AP89 and RoHS, which are required in sensitive applications like food packaging and toy manufacturing. SunTone® pigments also have a tightly controlled soluble heavy metal content that meets global food contact guidelines.
The range includes yellows, oranges, reds, blues, greens and violets, for example SunTone Yellow 3453 (Pigment Yellow 151), SunTone Red 5850 (Pigment Red 170), SunTone Blue 9153 K (Pigment Blue 15.3), SunTone Green 107 K (Pigment Green 7) and SunTone Violet 1119 (Pigment Violet 19). Ultramarine Blue (SunTone Blue 9261) and chrome shades are also listed.
